*Please note that any email address operated by SCMS-Strata Pty Ltd is restricted in use and can not be used for service on any schemes under management or on the company without expressed written consent from the Directors – this means it can not be used by Government Departments and Employees, Lawyers, Solicitors, Conveyancers, Property Managers and Real Estate Agents.

The use by Owners of any email address is restricted under contract to those Owners that have completed and returned an Electronic Transmission Consent issued by SCMS-Strata Pty Ltd. If the Electronic Transmission Consent supplied by SCMS-Strata Pty Ltd has not been recorded and a
specific email address added to the “safe sender list” then the email will not be accepted.

Should an email not comply with the terms of use or fall under any of the above categories it will be deleted unactioned without any notification.
