Matthew O’Donnell – Licensee / Strata Manager – 20015752​

Matthew brings to the company over 21 years experience in Body Corporate and Strata Management  and is well versed in both Queensland and New South Wales legislation. Matthew was one of the first in the industry to obtain a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management in Queensland in 1999 and also holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) NSW and a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.​

After three years working in Property and Commercial Law across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, Kirsty brings a wealth of external experience to our team. As Body Corporate and Strata Management encompasses a number of legislations this background allows us to direct Schemes according to their needs. Kirsty also has experience with dealing with the Queensland Body Corporate Commissioners Office, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) with respect to Body Corporate and Strata disputes.​
